Public Comment: Monument Impact Lease Renewal for Keller House

Help our friends at Monument Impact keep their lease at Keller House, where they hold their administrative offices and run programs including the free Monument Shuttle, youth anti-tobacco internship program, Get Out the Vote, resource referrals and Know Your Rights programs for undocumented immigrants, classes on diabetes and physical activity, Know Your Rights programs for tenants, culturally-competent Spanish Language classes on mental health, and the COVID-19 Relief Fund. Losing this building would devastate the vital programs that Monument Impact provides – programs that support equitable public safety in Concord. The staff of the City of Concord is recommending the lease be given to the Volunteers in Police Services Program instead.
